Royal Decree of 14 September 2017, published by the Official Gazette of 20 September 2017, provides for additional mandatory notifications:
- The nature of services provided by the posted worker.
- The person designated to liaise with the competent authority (name, date of birth, address, e-mail, phone number, capacity to represent the employer).
- Where about posting of interim workers, the accreditation number of the foreign temporary work agency.
With regard to employees posted to work in the construction industry, whether will receive benefits equivalent to those provided by the Collective Agreement of 12 September 2013.
The Royal Decree will enter into force on 1 October 2017.
